By accessing and using CyberScope ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on CyberScope for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

• Data Scraping: To automatically collect data in violation of ToS
• Credential Stuffing: To test stolen credentials

4. Educational Use Only

CyberScope is intended for educational, research, and authorized security testing purposes only. Users must ensure their use of CyberScope:

• Complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Only targets systems/data they own or have explicit permission to test
• Does not violate any third-party terms of service
• Respects privacy and ethical boundaries

5. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Your account must be registered with accurate contact information

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on CyberScope are provided on an 'as is' basis. CyberScope makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall CyberScope be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CyberScope, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information, CyberScope does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any data provided. Information obtained through our service comes from third-party sources and may be outdated or incorrect. Users are responsible for verifying information through additional sources.

9. Termination

CyberScope may terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms or violate any applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

Any claim relating to CyberScope shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

11. Contact & Modifications

CyberScope reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
